Our role has been to implement a range of initiatives, delivering training to the team, and transforming how they are able to track and view performance across the business.
The Solution
Working with the management team, Forbidden have delivered a range of initiatives across CRM, Sales Hub, Marketing Hub and reporting to customise the CRM, consolidate existing pipelines and sales team training, syncing of all inbound marketing channels, and also building the reporting structure to provide a management snapshot of performance across the teams.
